Founded in 2018 on the 13th floor of the Heyu Building in Taipei,
Applied Kitchens is built on one idea: put the client first, and make the ideal space easy to realise. We began as a B2B distributor of foodservice equipment and now deliver project-based, made-to-measure solutions covering commercial kitchen planning,
equipment supply, system partition design, HVAC and refrigeration engineering, and full after-sales service.
We believe a space is the connection between a brand and the people in it.
Every project is built to meet real commercial demands and to produce a space that performs as well as it looks,
strengthening both brand presence and user experience.
Our Milestones
Entered the foodservice equipment market with sales, installation and maintenance at the core. As client needs broadened, we extended the range from core kitchen equipment into refrigeration and professional bakery equipment, and built long-term relationships with leading brands in Taiwan and overseas, laying the foundation for integrated service.
Established an in-house design team for bespoke project planning, helping restaurants and chain brands optimise layout and lift operational efficiency.
Partnered with Daikin and introduced the European high-efficiency refrigeration brand AHT into international chains including IKEA and MUJI, opening the refrigeration and air conditioning market and broadening our cross-disciplinary integration capability.
Began our digital transformation, launching an online sales platform and an official LINE account with 24/7 support covering product enquiries, ordering and after-sales service, significantly improving response times and giving clients immediate, convenient service.
Expanded into international markets and exhibited at trade shows in Taiwan and overseas, deepening relationships with global suppliers and bringing in advanced equipment and technology to strengthen our design and integration capability.
In the same year, we became the exclusive Taiwan distributor for Optima, the global leader in acoustic glass partitioning, and were the first in the industry to combine turnkey system partitioning with foodservice equipment services, serving international clients including GE Vernova, Novo Nordisk, POLYMER and Warner Music Taiwan.
Entered the five-star hotel market, completing projects with Mu Jiao Xi Hotel, Le Meridien Taipei and Sheraton Grand Taipei, building a track record in the premium segment and extending our brand reach.
To date we have served more than 130 professional foodservice operators. Looking ahead, we will continue to introduce energy-efficient equipment and smart systems built around sustainability, delivering integrated solutions that are more efficient, safer, greener and forward-looking, and creating lasting value alongside our clients.
