The RATIONAL iCombi Pro combi oven combines steaming, boiling, frying, and baking into one system, replacing multiple traditional machines—saving space and labor. Our team also provided guidance on Chinese cuisine applications to improve food quality and consistency. Additionally, the Winterhalter hood-type dishwasher ensures intuitive operation, energy and water savings, and meets high hygiene standards—enhancing back-of-house cleaning efficiency.

Applied Kitchens precisely integrated the preparation, cooking, and cleaning flows to build an open-concept bar area that meets both demo and guest reception needs. The Oui M9+ automatic coffee machine features 3100W power and dual heating modules for fast, multi-beverage service. The Sunice ice maker boasts large-capacity storage and flexible installation to accommodate diverse service scenarios, greatly improving on-site service efficiency and user experience.
