Inspired by Japan’s Gassho-style villages, this stylish takeaway dessert boutique showcases the flavors of Yilan. Applied Kitchens designed elegant pastry display cases and planned an efficient kitchen layout. Integrated lighting design and seamless flow allow each souvenir to become a work of edible art.

A sophisticated culinary destination offering freshly sourced seafood prepared using refined Japanese-Chinese fusion techniques. With a graceful and understated design, the restaurant radiates high-end ambiance. Equipped with stainless steel ice storage and integrated LED lighting to highlight freshness. The bar combines a raw food display and prep station, offering guests a transparent, engaging view of the culinary process.
Large-Scale Aquarium Installation
A 3-meter-long, temperature-controlled double-deck aquarium ensures premium freshness. Installation required a 120-ton crane and a 20-person crew, establishing the aquarium as a visual focal point and popular photo spot.
