A World Champion's Endorsement. The Under-Counter Answer for Specialty Cafés.
Founded in 2016, Linkbar launched its first commercial fully automatic milk frother in 2018 and, in under a decade, turned automated dispensing from a compromise into a choice. 2023 World Barista Champion Boram Um serves as Global Ambassador for Single Touch, with Martin Wölfl as European Ambassador. When champion baristas are willing to hand milk texturing to a machine, that is the most direct endorsement there is. From specialty cafés and roasteries to hotel lobby bars, breakfast service, premium office coffee points and VIP lounges, Single Touch keeps the design on the bar and moves the process beneath it.
The Visible Bar: One Tap
The 500 × 320 × 147 mm host unit sits under the counter. On top, a single 137 × 116 × 250 mm tap. The run of counter space a traditional espresso machine and steam wand would occupy is given back to people, to lighting, to the bar front itself. Two baristas can work side by side without getting in each other's way.
Saved Presets. Recall Without Resetting.
Volume, water temperature and air ratio are set on the LCD touchscreen. The coffee unit offers four drink types and the milk unit four foam modes, each with custom parameters that save as presets and load straight back next time.
Steam-Free. Milk as It Should Taste.
No steam heating, so no hot water enters the milk during frothing. Sweetness and texture stay undiluted. Cold foam, hot foam and plant-based milks run through the same process. With no steam wand, there is no wipe-down between cups. Both units have a built-in automatic cleaning cycle, and routine cleaning follows the manufacturer procedure.
From Breakfast Service to the Afternoon Rush
The coffee unit delivers 300 cups per hour at 30 ml; the milk unit around 120 cups per hour at 200 ml. Hotel breakfast lines, the office mid-morning peak, the café afternoon rush: cup one hundred tastes like cup one.
Applied Kitchens Starts at the Drawing
Water supply, drainage, power, counter cut-outs and service access are drawing-stage decisions. For a retrofit or a new build, send the floor plan and we will assess the bar.
