Founded in 2016 and shipping its first commercial automatic milk frother in 2018, Linkbar turned “automatic dispensing” from a compromise into a choice in under a decade. Boram Um, 2023 World Barista Champion, serves as global ambassador for Single Touch and Martin Wölfl as European ambassador.

One Tap on the Counter. The Host Below.

The host unit measures 500 × 320 × 147 mm and sits under the counter; all that stays on top is a tap of 137 × 116 × 250 mm. The working surface a steam frother would occupy is freed, the bar front stays intact, and two people can pour side by side without getting in each other’s way.

Steam-Free. Foam Texture and Temperature Both Under Control.

Frothing never uses steam, so no water enters the milk and its sweetness and texture stay as the milk itself. Four foam modes take custom parameters that save as presets, with texture and temperature set on the panel and held; cold foam, hot foam and plant milk all run the same process. With no steam wand there is nothing to wipe between cups, and the unit runs its own automatic cleaning cycle. Output is around 120 cups per hour at 200 ml.

Integrated Below the Counter. From Drawing to Handover.

The host and the optional refrigeration module both sit below the counter, so milk moves from chilled storage straight into frothing and nothing has to stand on the bar top. Water supply and drainage, power, the counter cut-out and the service access direction are all settled at the drawing stage; send a floor plan and we can assess an existing bar or a new project.
