KUOZUI Motor Guanyin Plant Staff Cafeteria
Following the successful collaboration at the Zhongli Plant No. 2, KUOZUI Motor once again partnered with #Applied Kitchens to upgrade the staff cafeteria at the Guanyin Body Plant, significantly improving operational efficiency. Addressing issues such as poor workflow and crowding during peak hours, we redesigned the layout from a user-centered perspective—optimizing traffic flow and equipment placement, and pairing it with high-efficiency equipment to create a smoother, more efficient dining experience:
Optimized Workflow
We restructured the flow from tray pickup, rice serving, and dish selection to utensil collection, reducing labor demand. A newly added soup and rice station effectively disperses traffic during peak hours. Together with the automatic tray return conveyor system, the process is streamlined—enhancing overall efficiency and convenience.
Equipment & Space Integration
Based on menu items and operational procedures, we selected professional equipment such as the #Hatco infrared heat lamps and #Rational iCombi Pro combi ovens, significantly enhancing the appearance, aroma, and taste of the food. The #Winterhalter undercounter dishwasher was also installed to ensure stable and efficient service. At the same time, worktables and movement paths were adjusted, with lighting and material finishes carefully planned to balance durability and aesthetic quality.
