812 mm undercounter height, fits beneath the worktop

The space under a service counter, buffet counter or prep bench sits empty in most kitchens. Under Counter is 812 mm high and 540 mm wide, built for exactly that position: a fixed undercounter unit day to day, and a front-of-house service trolley the moment you roll it out. Hotel buffet restaurants, banquet halls, convention centres and chain restaurant service areas all use it this way to put otherwise dead space to work.

Heated and refrigerated in matching dimensions, installed side by side

ELSUF05 heated and ELSUC05 refrigerated share the same height and width (the refrigerated version is 60 mm deeper for its rear-mounted compressor), so they can be installed side by side under one run of counter, one holding hot and the other down to 3°C. For higher volumes or GN2/1 containers, BLSUF05 doubles the capacity.
