The bar is the first thing guests notice. Linkbar Single Touch places the coffee unit, milk unit and refrigeration module beneath the counter, leaving a single dispensing tap on top. One-touch service, consistent portions, and a counter left free for baristas and guests.

Under-Counter, Semi-Automatic or Fully Automatic: How They Differ
Commercial coffee machines fall into three groups by how they dispense. An under-counter coffee system dispenses from coffee extract, with the unit controlling every parameter of each cup. It suits venues that put speed of service and bar design first.
| Type | How it dispenses | Operation | Counter layout |
|---|---|---|---|
| Semi-automatic espresso machine | The barista grinds, tamps and starts the extraction | Requires a trained barista | Machine and grinder on the counter |
| Fully automatic coffee machine | Built-in grinder; the machine handles grinding through extraction | Drinks selected at the touch of a button; regular bean refills and cleaning | Machine on the counter |
| Under-counter coffee system | Dispenses from coffee extract; the unit controls volume, temperature and air ratio | One-touch dispensing with preset recipes | Units below the counter, only the tap on top |
There is also the under-counter semi-automatic, which moves the boiler below the counter while the barista still grinds and tamps. It works as a semi-automatic machine.

More Counter Space
The units sit inside the cabinetry with only the tap above. Workflow, lighting and the bar front can be planned together at the design stage.
One-Touch Dispensing
An LCD touchscreen sets coffee volume, air ratio and temperature, with 16 recipes on call. Portions stay consistent through back-to-back service at peak hours.
Crema, Restored
Linkbar's Espresso Texture Compression delivers a dense, lasting crema and a smooth, clean mouthfeel.
Steam-Free Milk Foam
Paired with Single Touch Milk, hot and cold foam can be made with dairy or plant-based milk, with no steam wand to wipe after every cup.

Three Units, One Cabinet
The three Single Touch units share the same footprint and can be stacked, so the complete system fits inside a single cabinet.
| Model | Role | Key points |
|---|---|---|
| Single Touch Coffee | Coffee unit | About 300 cups an hour at 30 ml each; 4 drink types, 16 settings |
| Single Touch Milk | Automatic milk unit | Steam-free with no dilution; hot and cold foam; about 120 cups an hour at 200 ml each |
| Single Touch Fridge R290 | Refrigeration module | 20 L, 2–6°C, natural R290 refrigerant |

The Brand and Its World Champion Ambassadors
Founded in 2016, Linkbar launched its first commercial automatic milk frother in 2018. 2023 World Barista Champion Boram Um is the global ambassador for Single Touch, and 2024 World Brewers Cup Champion Martin Wölfl is its European ambassador.
Planning the Installation
Single Touch Coffee and Milk both run on 220V, at 1,900W and 3,400W respectively. Each unit measures 500 × 320 × 147 mm; the refrigeration module is 668 mm high, air-cooled and mounted on castors. Power, water supply and drainage, ventilation and service access are best settled at the bar design stage. Applied Kitchens provides selection, installation and after-sales service, and can assess the right configuration for your bar size and output.
